The International Coastal Cleanup records over 3 million waste items per year causing countless wildlife to suffer and the destruction of beaches we all love. The solution is SeaSweep a fully autonomous, smart waste collection device that traverses beaches at night and sifts through any trash found. As its storage fills, the SeaSweep navigates to its multi-purpose hub and releases the trash before returning, just like your household Roomba. Although manual cleaners exist, SeaSweep is unique in that it does not require labor-intensive work nor does it disturb humans. Our company was created for environmental activists ages 16-50, while focusing on towns with coastal ownership. We hope to expand our reach with the help of like-minded investors who care just as much for our ecosystem as we do. SeaSweep will revolutionize the environment and the world as a whole
